What is your favourite GT-branded product?

I love our Giant Value chips! So many different flavors to choose from and always on a multi-buy deal. The quality stands up to National branded products. My personal favorite is Sour Cream and Onion!!

What is your favourite memory of working with customers at Giant Tiger?

A few years ago around the holiday season, a customer approached me on the sales floor. She started by saying " Can you disappoint me for a 6th time today?" After speaking with this customer, it turns out that she had been to 5 other stores looking for colored Rice Krispies to make a special treat for her grandson. I brought her to the product and she was so excited that we had it in stock, she asked if she could give me a hug. She purchased 2 boxes that day and is now a regular customer who I see weekly.

How do you give back to your local community?

We give back to our community in several different ways. We support many local non profit groups by discounting products, donating gift cards or merchandise for special events, as well as raising funds through GT charitable programs. As well, we continue to support our local food banks in many different ways.
