What is your favourite memory of working with customers at Giant Tiger?
A customer had fallen outside in the parking lot. I attended to her and made sure she was cleaned up and good to go home. I told her to call me when she got home and she did. I also called her the next day to see how she was doing. She was so appreciative and said that she had never been treated like that. It warmed my heart that I was able just to care. I know we will have her as a customer for a long time just being kind and caring.
How do you give back to your local community?
We get involved in any community fund raising and social events. Donations of food and clothing to our shelters. Terry Fox is our major event.
